About Me

Janelle Neufeld, B.S.W., R.S.W., is a Registered Social Worker with over four years of experience supporting individuals in the mental health field. She works with teens and adults, providing compassionate, client-centered care through both in-person and virtual counselling services. Janelle is also an NIHB-approved provider.

Janelle believes healing looks different for everyone and is committed to meeting you where you’re at. Using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, she creates a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strength-based practice. Janelle focuses on helping clients build healthy coping skills, develop healthy boundaries, and strengthen relationships while navigating life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Whether you are working through anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, or personal growth, Janelle’s goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, authenticity, and practical support.
